 into an embodied and transformative journey. Yoga\, the somatic language o
 f union\, breath\, motion and energy. Numerology\, the symbolic language o
 f resonance\, archetype and frequency. Together they activate the remember
 ing of your unique divine architecture.\n\nThis is not only a retreat\, bu
 t a recoding ritual. Teaching you to tune into yourself using your unique 
 blueprint and not any external powers. This way\, you are reclaiming your 
 individual sovereignty and singing your beautiful soul song into form.\n\n
 Through the intentional embodiment of the numbers 1 through 9\, you will r
 ecalibrate\, stabilise\, transform and radiate your unique template. In ad
 dition to the yoga postures\, we will be exploring:\n\n 	Harmonic frequenc
 ies\, using various sound healing instruments and our voices\n 	Colour\n 	
 Sacred geometry\n\nEmbark on this profound and transformative journey of e
 mbodying numbers 1 to 9 with numerologist Megan Coetzee and yoga teacher C
 andice Jones. You will learn about the qualities of each number and experi
 ence them using yoga postures as a physical expression as well as healing 
 sounds to bring the frequencies within you into harmony and balance.\n\nYo
 u will receive your personal numerology chart and a manual with informatio
 n on all the numbers and the corresponding yoga postures to take home with
  you to support your own process of discovery and recalibration. Armed wit
 h this knowledge\, we are able to live into our full human potential and a
 ssist with our own evolution and our beautiful mother earth.\n\nNo previou
 s experience in yoga or numerology is necessary. It would be beneficial\, 
 although not essential\, to book a reading with Megan before the retreat s
