A beautiful vegan cooking retreat with the owner of the previous bakery Queen of Tarts in Cape Town, and writer of six cookbooks. We will explore the poetry of s l o w, giving time and space to mindful preparation and the connection between the soul and food prepared with care. We will prepare a scrumptious celebration feast for dress-up Saturday evening that will awaken your senses and feed your soul. Take home your home made preserves and all the recipes!
